Triolet

The Triolets posted on this site are listed below.

As Wikipedia explains… a triolet (pron.: /ˈtr.əlɨt/ or US /ˌtr.əˈl/) is a stanza poem of eight lines. Its rhyme scheme is ABaAabAB and often all lines are in iambic tetrameter: the first, fourth and seventh lines are identical, as are the second and final lines, thereby making the initial and final couplets identical as well.

See Submissions to submit your triolet poetry. They should be reasonably family-friendly, not overtly gruesome or sexual. Once accepted, it will be published on the home page with links here (poem title, your name, line count).

On the first day of this blog’s inception, I received my first submission, thank you, Ina!
