Sonnet

Below are the sonnets posted on this blog to-date. A sonnet, Wikipedia explains, is a form of a poem that originated in Europe, mainly Italy: the Sicilian poet Giacomo da Lentini is credited with its invention. They commonly contain 14 lines.

See Submissions to submit your sonnet (or any other form of poetry). They should be reasonably family-friendly, not overtly gruesome or sexual. Once accepted, it will be published on the home page with links here (your name, poem title, line count).
